Properties

Kaolin has the chemical composition of Al2O3•2SiO2•2H2O. It is a crystalline material with a triclinic form in pseudo-hexagonal plate and its structure can be regarded as a gibbsite Al(OH)3 layer bonded to a siloxane layer. It has a Moh hardness of 2.8, a density of 2.6 and a refractive index of 1.56. It is fairly acid-resistance or base-resistance, however, it readily for absorbing of moisture and must be dry prior to using

 

Applications:

This product may be widely used in electronic, plastics, rubber, paintings, coatings, dye, ceramic, glass, and other industries, using as materials for reinforcement, dry-up liquids, thixotrope, thickening, rheology control, matting, filling, anti-blocking, plate-out, abrasive, and so on.

In plastics bags with outer plastic woven bags of 25 kilogram net each or pack in according to the client’s demand.
